Where can we see the prices?
We have a catalogue for each collection that includes the corresponding prices and measurements of each piece. Kindly send us a message to request for our catalogues at the contact page.
How do we order?
You may order by messaging us directly, or by filling out the form at the contact page with your order and other requests.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver our furniture pieces within Metro Manila for an additional fee, our pieces come from our workshop in Pampanga. Home decor pieces and other smaller furniture pieces may be free for pick up or sent via LBC, grab delivery or transportify. Pick-up point is in BF Homes Paranaque.
For other cities outside Metro Manila, please message directly so we can check feasibility.
Do you replicate pre-existing designs?
Yes we do. We can also customize the color and wood depending on your preference.
Do you customize designs?
Yes we can customize a design for you, but this will depend on the design’s complexity and the availability of the required materials. We will send you a photo quotation if the design is feasible.

How long does it take for delivery?
Our production lead time is (45) forty five to (60) sixty working days.
But some work depending on the design and amount of pieces may take up to (60) sixty to (80) eighty working days.
What kind of wood do you use and where does it come from?
Most of our products are made of Mahogany, Tanguile, Gmelina, Acacia, Teak, dark and light. Teak is considered hardwood that is known to be durable (usually made for boat building). The wood we use is locally sourced in the Philippines.

What are the other materials you use?
Besides the use of wood, we also use metal (from round bar, tubular to flat bar) and stainless steel. The metal is powder coated to the desired color and finish. Other kinds of natural materials are Rattan in Solihiya weave , Raffia, Saguran and Abaca.

What leather do you use?
We use Cowhide leather from Taiwan, Hongkong or Japan. Raw.tura care instructions may be requested from us through the contact page for leather care instructions.
How do you clean the wood?
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean as needed, wipe dry. Treat your furniture with beeswax if the wood seems dry. Raw.tura care instructions may be requested from us through the contact page.
Where are your products made?
Each piece is locally handcrafted in the Philippines with our team of skilled artisans.
What are your payment procedures?
You may pay through bank deposit (BPI & BDO). We require a 50% downpayment once the order is placed and 50% right before delivery. The bank details are provided as soon as the order is confirmed.
